American Style Nails

Fabulous. Been visiting regularly for almost 14yrs. Hannah has been working there since they opened and shes fast and efficient. I only ever let her or the guy there do my nails. They understand my needs n do me a wonderful professional job. Get the bloke if u can cos he duz the best job. No really......hes really nice guy!! Im really happy and i know they will last really well!!!!

Dreadful experience! Never again gel polish been done really bad staff don't really care! when I said that something is wrong the reply wos .

I stopped there to get my aunts nails done and the smell Of the chemicals was very strong’ I asked for one of their mask that they were wearing to protect themselves, she pretended she couldn’t speak English and kept saying I don’t want it. Another tech stepped in to tell me they don’t do that. So I said I can’t stay in here because of my allergies the smell is too strong, right then she could speak enough English to tell me, then leave! Very unwelcoming, not very clean. 👎👎

Can be rude when rushing clients. Prices vary from when you first sit down to when you then go to pay. They will do a better job design wise if there not busy, however if they are they try and do a simpler design. Only good thing is it's alot quicker than going to a professional salon. Pros and cons for both really

My partner and I took my mother in law here today and had a brilliant experience! We had originally booked with the other one "American nails" near the town bridge but got turned away because of her disability.. But in a way it was a blessing in disguise.. It was alot cheaper, more inviting and friendly and the products were of alot better quality, definitely come here again and STEER CLEAR OF AMERICA'S NAILS!!

Called the salon to get a quote for acrylics nails with gel colour on top, was told to come in and it will be £25. Upon arriving I was told it will be £35, frustrating. I had only got £30 in cash as I was told it would be £25, they asked me to go to the cash point for the extra five and asked me to leave a belonging to ensure I came back, which i felt was quite insulting. Two hours later, one of my nails has already snapped.

Well I'm very disappointed. They won't do Emily's nails as she's in a wheelchair. So damm rude. I went in with Emily and the man said fully booked till 4. When back alone and could do me in hr. I said you won't do Emily cause of wheelchair and he told me to get out. Please don't use this nail bar as we living in the 21st century and no need to discriminate againt learning difficulties
