They are so obvious that all they care is money making that they forget about the costumer service and making costumer feel welcomed and valued.
They never wrong, never apologise, rude, speak their own language constantly, makes you feel uncomfortable. Never again !
Quality over the years worsened, not very good working with your natural nails.

I visited the salon today, very happy with the ombré acrylic nails 💅 I had done and also gel toe nails. Quick friendly professional service. Definitely would use again thank you

Got nails done, very poor service was passed form one person to other and still the job was not done properly, paid £40 . Feel like I have just thrown away my money , never going again.

I absolutely love coming here,they are just amazing in what they do and I get so excited over my nails when they are done as my nails look amazing and last so long with no problems. I will 100% recommend La top Nails as iv never been happier with mine 😁🤗 c.j

I honestly have given this salon so many chances to be good but I am so disappointed and upset every time I go. I kept going back for convenience as it’s walk in however I waited over 2 hours from 5.30 with no explanation after saying it was a 30 min wait.
They decided to rip off some of my acrylics instead of soaking them off, which hurt me and ripped my natural nail underneath up to the skin. No apology when I said that it hurt and my nail was torn and I was so shocked they just kept trying to rip them off. They will probably pass you between 2 or 3 different nail stylists as they just walk off for about 10 mins and leave you without explanation. I really didn’t want to make a scene so I just let this happen but after being left for a long time after already waiting 2 hours I decided to pay for just take off and leave. My nails were a complete state.
Last time I also had a pedicure and the new girl kept nicking my skin and made me bleed. My natural nails are trashed and they couldn’t give a s if you literally say ‘you’re hurting me’
I ended up just leaving and crying after the last time. So of course won’t be back.
My natural nails are now trashed and flimsy because they’ve been filed down over the top so thin - it actually burned me because they filed them so much.
I didn’t want to leave this review but I really can’t believe my experience

The acrylics that I had done stared to fall off not even a week of having them, which is concerning because acrylics aren’t supposed to just fall off when doing everyday things. Also, in almost all my nails there would be the odd strand of hair from the nail techs clothes making them bumpy. Lastly, the design I wanted done wasn’t up to the standard I wanted.

Absolutely loved these nails I got done. Nails last so long other places I have been always seem to break quickly
Staff are friendly and who ever doing my acrylics makes sure I’m happy with them in between doing then
Can’t wait to get my new set today
