It was my first time here and it will DEFINITELY be my last!
I was in town for a few minutes and at around 3pm thought I’d stop in. They told me they would be available at 4pm so I decided I o stay in town longer than planned and arrived promptly at 4pm. The two women there were still busy so I waited, and waited, and waited. At 4:30 they didn’t even look close to being available any time soon so I left and neither of them bothered to even look up or acknowledge me leaving.
If it had been only because I didn’t have an appointment I could sort of understand. However a woman came in just after me and said she had an appointment at 4pm. She waited and they told her they would be available at 4:15 and she could go and come back; which she did. When I left at 4:30 she was STILL waiting!
If they have no regard for their customers’ time, then I have no desire to waste my money on them.

I called this place to book an appointment no one picked up, went to the website and I was directed to their facebook page to book an appointment. There were several slots Available booked one, there was no acknowledgement to say the slot was given to anyone else. I went there and wasted my time money and effort just for them to rudely tell me there were no available appointments. No apology, no explanation no consolation just pure rudeness. I dont think I will ever go there ever or recommend coco nails to anyone. Happy for you who had a good experience there but it just wasn't the same for me😔

The best mani/pedi I've had in Ipswich, I came home with baby soft feet, and beautiful nails which have lasted 2 weeks. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough

Awful experience - appointment was late, finish wasn’t neat and gels lasted just over a week! I got an abscess and infection in my finger from the manicure as the lady doing my nails didn’t wear any gloves or wash her hands. In a lot of pain and need antibiotics so do not use this service! Also very cheap and only accepts cash payments…

Will never go anywhere else for my acrylics! Daisy and Anna are so great and never fail to deliver! Definitely recommend 💕

Super clean & professional. Excellent service and really quick. Make sure you book as they get really busy. Will only go here for nails now & have recommended to many x
