Lemon Tree Nails & Beauty

I have been having my nails done at lemon tree Cardiff for about 6 months and my nails are perfect every single time! The girls have been lovely ever since the first time I walked through the door! They are friendly, accommodating, talented, professional, hard working! The salon always looks great and is filled with a happy and welcoming atmosphere. Couldn't ask for an all round better nail salon would recommend the lemon tree to anyone! 💛💛 thank you girls xxx

I totally disagree with the negative comments on Lemon Tree Nail salon Whitchurch. I have been a regular client for 6 years, ever since the salon opened. I have NEVER had a disappointing treatment. I also worked and taught in the industry. I love going to the salon as I always feel better coming out than I did going in. It is more than a nail and beauty salon. The technicians are lovely, friendly, professional and excellent at their job. The salon is always welcoming with fresh flowers and fragrant candles. I would highly recommend this salon.

I have had wonderful experiences at Lemon Tree in Whitchurch, along with many others who have recommended me to this place. You feel very comfortable in the girls' presence, all of which are extremely friendly and conscientious of your wants and needs. After having been to other salons in the area, I have found this salon is by far a cut above the rest! Perfect manicure and a wonderful selection of colours, types and styles for nails. Will definitely be trying some other treatments offered there soon, especially considering the standard of treatments I have had so far have been so high. Would recommend anyone to this place!

I've been coming to lemon tree for nearly five years and I can honestly say I am never disappointed with the end results for both my nails and toe nails. Nicole and her team are wonderful and always listen to what you would like design wise and even offer advice about the latest nail colour trends. Their salon is cosy, clean, tidy and very professional and the products they use are amazing quality, especially their glitter range. If you want a lovely family run business who remember you every time you call for an appointment and offer reasonable prices...this is the salon for you :)

I have been a regular customer at the Lemon Tree for the last year and a half and have to say that i would not go anywhere else. From my very first appointment i have always received a very warm welcome from the staff who are all very friendly.
The service i have received has been first class and i have never hesitated in recommending them to my friends, family and work colleagues.
Due to the nature of my work i have at times needed to cancel my appointment at short notice which has always been treated in a professional manner and a new appointment booked in as soon as possible without any fuss. This at times must be difficult to arrange due to the amount of returning customers that they have. They go out of their way to ensure that i am happy.
The cleanliness and appearance of the premises has always been impeccable so to read another review that says otherwise is not only shocking but also very far from the truth.

I don't normally respond to any reviews, but have to put Jackie straight. I have been visiting this salon every other Friday since it opened (over 4 years ago). The salon is always kept clean and tidy (even when they are at their busiest). I don't understand how Hackie can complain about the smell, there is no smell (other than the fresh flowers that are on the reception desk). Nicole the owner is an absolute delight and goes over and above what is the norm to ensure that she keeps her customers happy. Surely my history of attendance is testament to the service and general loveliness that this salon exudes!

It was bad… and then it got worse. Cut 8 out of 10 cuticles/skin. I bled through the appointment. I initially thought it was two fingers but could see it was 8 when I got out into day light. Messaged them and response was defensive, owner rude and left message on my social media even though I didn’t mention their business or names. Messaged her directly and got a simple thumbs up as a response. Hopefully I won’t get an infection. It’s a shame as they seem to have good reviews. Even some accountability would have gone a long way. They blamed the cold weather. Charged full price and refused refund when I sent my experience with pictures. I never complain but I feel so let down. A slight nip on one finger, not great but happens… 8 is not ok. Hopefully they do better with future customers.
