terrible customer service, very rude, nails come off within a week & not what i asked for and cut me off for someone else in the middle of my nails. never go there

(Made nails bleed!!!!) Honestly do not go here. The woman was so rude to me, not only that but she cut my nails so ridiculously short and they’re all different sizes to the point 4 of my nails were bleeding. I’m disgusting with this place and I never ever complain about anything. So upset. My nails are literally hurting. DO NOT GO HERE. Wish I couldn’t even give it a star

I have had my nails manicured twice now and the lady has done a very good job.
She is friendly and accommodating when you book an appointment.
I will continue to get my nails manicured with her.

Wouldn't go here again. Nails are extremely thick and uneven. Not at all what I asked for. No way the photos they post are actual nails they've done them selves.

My nails where terrible nothing to what I wanted, all un even do not recommend at all!!!!

I just had my Christmas Gel manicure done. Very good job. The staff was very friendly, and the price reasonable! Definitely go back again.

Absolutely awful, I’ve had my nails done 4 times by coco nails and all of them times they have fallen of within a week, the nail tech is so rude she cuts me atleast 3 times whilst doing my nails and doesn’t even apologise, rude when you walk in and msg her to book an appointment, doesn’t do what you ask her to and just does it the way she wants to, I waited for my nails for 1 hr even though no body was in, and half way through my appointment she started to do another clients nails i was in the chair for 2 and a half hours, would not recommend to anyone
