One and half hours of pure relaxation.

This place is going downhill fast and losing custom rapidly. Not sure what’s happened to all the staff but it’s being run by clowns at the moment. They are booking too many people and can’t cope! customers are left waiting way over their appointment times with no apology or explanation. Shocking!! 10 years I been going here and this was the last time. You want closing down or find people who can run the place properly !!

I love coming here! Been here 3 times and booked in for nails before Christmas they are always professional and on time. They are clean as well as the surfaces and treat you with care when coming here, good quality for a good price. If you want any style or any patterns they will do it and I always trust them with my nails.

They are never punctual, each time I book an appoitment a few days before and I come 10 minutes earlier but they always do my nails almost an hour later than my booked appointment. I dont wanna waste my time here watching others get their nails done every time I come, so for sure I will go somewhere else next time. There are plenty of nail salons with the same quality but punctual! In addition after only 9 days this is what my nails look like, they all come off ! And all dirt and and hair stuck there. Regret paying £38 pound for this mess👎🏻 They should either fix my nail or refund my money because next time when I go somewhere else they will charge me more to fix their mess. So upset! Besides when I told them the situation they reacted so rude and disrespectful! No custumer service at all!! Rubbish

First time visiting the salon and went beyond my expectations, quick, affordable, good quality, friendly services provided by the staff. The salon was very clean, and provided good safety measures for COVID restrictions. Cash only but were very understanding when I needed to go and get cash out!

Always love treating myself and they always do an amazing job! Great service, fantastic nails and good value
