Very well organised shop.
No waiting, always someone to serve.
Had a wonderful foot massage which I would recommend to everyone.
Lovely choice of colours too

service was okay, but aggressive whilst handling with my nails, male huffing and puffing at me when he wanted my phone on and also wanted my hand and a hand in the lamp at the same time, felt very uncomfortable sitting in silence for an hour, no communication with length etc, only got aggressive when my boyfriend went to get money. wouldn’t recommend if you want a comfortable environment to get your nails done.

Service was terrible, staff were rude and inpatient. I showed a picture of the acrylic nails I wanted, was told just no!! Then when I showed something simpler I was told show colour not picture! As there's probably over 300 colours, thought it would be easier to show them what I liked and they would find the suitable colour much easier.
When I asked for the nails to be shorter and more almond shape, I was given a stinking look and she huffed and puffed.
Ended up with something I didn't like as I was getting more and more embarrassed and flustered.
Nails haven't lasted well, within 10 days 3 have come off.
Will never go there again, just awful service.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend this salon. I usually go to Coco nails, but at this time they were understandably busy… I had an event and needed nails done, so decided to go against every negative review and just try this salon.
I have used a variety of salons over the years as I always have my nails done every three weeks, the service has only usually taken 45 minutes or just over. I can understand a longer period of time, but I only ever get french tips. I was in this salon three hours having service, and only for french tips.
The man was very unprofessional, kept getting up and leaving, then swapping with another colleague etc, I was at least an hour in total just sat there waiting for someone to do the next part. Isn’t cheap either, better off attending coco and waiting.

Absolutely shocking place my girlfriend got her nails done twice here both being absolutely terrible and left her disappointed. One time being less than a week before a trip to Paris for her 18th, she had white French tips and within two days parts of the white chipped off. Her mother had her nails done the same time and had the exact same problem. Not something u expect when paying £35-£40 per set. And to top it off the staff are very rude, one woman wearing AirPods doing my girlfriend nails completely ignoring her and what she was asking.

Really pleased with the fantastic service I had today! A beautiful manicure exactly as I had in mind and then a full pedicure. Thanks for a really lovely experience!

Love my nails, booked appointment but they made me wait for 30 minute. I find it a bit unprofessional. If you give me an appointment at 1230, I make sure I am there at 1230 and expecting you to be free because you are expecting me.
