Definitely, by far, the best nail salon in Carmarthen. The nails in the picture are hand-painted, copied from Pinterest. I always leave the shop feeling beautiful. Thanks to all the staff at Cocos 🙂 you're wonderful

They can be very busy so best to book appointment. I booked via Facebook messenger they were extremely helpful.

Very patient & always making sure I was happy with my choices in colours, design, length & shape.

I would have given 5 as they did a great job but the price list doesn't match what they charge and it wasn't just me who was being asked for amounts higher than the board said. I was too embarrassed to dispute but I was definitely not being charged the right amount.

They either need to update the price list or remove it and give the price up front as they only take cash so when your standing there with the amount it says on the board and you don't have enough it's pretty embarrassing.

I cant fault the nails though. They were beautifully done and the different people who worked on my stepdaughters nails made her feel comfortable and did exactly what she'd hoped for.

Absolute Cons. My daughter and her friend booked to have acrylics yesterday and was quoted £30 each. When they were in the middle of having their nails prepared they were told it would cost £50 to have them painted how they wanted so they asked to have just different plain colours and they were quoted more again. My daughter had to settle for something she didn't want and pay more money which left her with nothing to be able to even buy her self a drink During this heat wave. Not only this but they were made to wait well over an hour after their appointment time which left them almost late for their bus home. I would not recommend this place to any one and only gave it 1 star because I could not post this review with less

Absolutely shocking customer service after my friend complained about the terrible nails you did for her daughter. The worst nails I’ve seen in a long time. She wanted red hearts and my 13 month old baby could draw better hearts. She definitely should have received a refund or had them redone. To offer her discount next time is shocking when she made it clear she wouldn’t be returning and having her nails done elsewhere in future. Terrible

Fantastic Service. Had a bit of a wait as we just did a walk in rather than a booking. Very friendly salon.

No appointment but managed to get a walk in. Young man started to attach the acrylic nails, one wasn't straight and couldn't understand what I was trying to say, although I explained in very slow broken English.
The owner took over who was very professional, she managed to correct my nails and completed a very satisfying job.
