I took the kids today, It's quite a nice park apart from the dog mess that bone idle dog walkers think is fine to leave on the path area or the grass at the side where the kids play.

Lovely to have such semi wild place between the urban desert that is Southport ( as trees are cut down and front gardens turned into car parks) and the agricultural desert of the farmland.

I love it when I go on walks here, it is quite a small area, the trees often fly in your face and hit you, they could do with a trim but apart from that it's great.

Nice little place that you would not expect to be there to be honest, good for a walk or short bike ride.
