Quite disappointed after using this company to complete my garden and patio. The delivery was booked a week in advance for an early morning slot and turned up at 3pm that day after making numerous phone calls and being given various excuses with no real apology later being blamed on a staff member failing to book the delivery correctly. Upon completely my project I had a large number of patio slabs remaining and contacted them to return them. This was refused for no real reason, only reason given is that they were bought as a pack and cannot be returned individually even though they sell individual slabs, I am now left with a load of slabs I don't need. The staff member Ieuan was less than helpful and quite blunt on the phone and couldn't wait to hang up on me even though I was still talking and was also the person who failed to book my delivery properly. No where does it explain or state on the business or on my receipt these items cannot be returned individually

I took a matching brick. The fella took one look at it and nailed what type it was within 3 mins. I had a 70 of them next to my van ready to go! Truly a professional outfit

Brickability Bridgend have been extremely helpful and I would recommend this company . Ieuan went out of his way to make sure things were in stock and brought more in to make it up, telephoned regularly to keep me updated and delivered exactly to the day and on time. Richard of Grey Transport was also brilliant and put the pallets exactly in the correct place!

Great place, great stock, great people, always a pleasure to buy from. Competitive prices too.
