Beautiful walk along the canal and up to walthamstow wetlands. Scenic route is nice, quote and peaceful and you can either grab a coffee and a bite to eat up at the lock cafe or walk further to the Engine Room.

Such a lovely part of North London, basically a beautiful rural area right on your doorstep. We love to walk along the canal and take in the wonders of nature, the perfect spot in the summer too☺️☺️☺️......

I adore the Marshes. Great to wonder all through the year to see the seasons changing and take a nice photo or two. Very much needed green space in the middle of London especially during Covid times!

I hope people continue to take care and respect our beauty spots. It's becoming harder to find such places to relax in recharge especially in busy citirs.

It's peaceful, I go down there to relax. There is parking up to 9pm you can park your car and cycle down the canal from the A460 all the way down past Stratford. There are several café and places to eat along the route. There are a lot of new bigger boat on the canal but most of the people are friendly.

Nice place for some me time! Small but well equipped little cafe sit in or take out. Interesting walks, plenty of wildlife in spring and summer months.

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Adorable canal boats to look at, you'd never think this is London. People are friendly, and the waterside cafe is pretty good value for money - burger and bun for £4.50 can't go wrong!
