Poor's Allotment Nature Reserve

Great views of the River Severn that change with the weather. Quiet walk mostly flat.

Nice little circular walk with a small pond.

Heather on the paths and old crab apple trees that was given to the poor in 1814. Its hard to think that these trees are hundreds of yrs old.

Stumbled across here looking for Ridley Bottom Nature Reserve. What a wonderful area. Easy circular route around and a short walk away from Ridley B. Spotted a couple of buzzards, ground nesting birds and rabbits. Parked along the road and followed the public footpath signs. There is a car park at one end of the reserve.
