Lovely place to take the kids. See the wildlife and explore. Plenty of picnic tables so you can sit with your family. Look in the woods and find all the dens, plus geo cache all around the area.

Beautiful reserve but looks like the toilets and shop haven't been open in years (despite being included on the website information) we travelled for over an hour to get here to meet friends and couldn't use the facilities!

Beautiful reclaimed landfill site, now an important haven for wildlife. A woodland and meadow island amongst the agricultural and industrial uses of the surrounding land. Easy paths to get around and lots to see and hear.

A lovely walk, I didn't realise the dogs were not allowed off the lead as the sign post for that wasn't very big.. so after having it politely pointed out to us, we had to return to the car.. as we were looking to run the dogs.. but a lovely place if you want a leash walk or just a bit of fresh air

Nice place for a short walk. I like to sit on the benches overlooking the small lakes at the far end of the reserve.
