I had a very positive experience and outcome with my colonics. Naturally, on my first session, I was very nervous as I had never had one before but I don’t think anybody could have made me feel more comfortable and at ease than Enrida! She was knowledgeable, considerate, comforting and fantastic all round.

I had a total of 4 sessions, and every time I left the clinic - I came out feeling lighter and happier!

Enrida is Amazing after my 3rd visit in 6 weeks I have lost 5kg in weight following Enridas Advice on change of my Diet and the colon hydrotherapy has helped me in my bloatation and constipation IBS related problem and important of all cleansing my system which has blockages !
