Everest Spice - Nepalese and Indian Restaurant

I hadn't been to this place for ages, so was nice to go back there, have a curry and this time also leave them a review.
I like my curries rather hot so I went for the Gurkhali Lamb curry with pilau rice.
I wasn't disappointed!
It was very spicy, but more than bearable for my heat tolerance levels! I actually thought it was gonna be hotter to be honest!
The sauce was thick, full of flavour, loaded full of onion and peppers and the lamb was to die for! It was cooked well and there was plenty of it for the price.
Overall I was very happy with my meal!
So, if you're in Sutton and fancy a curry then give this place a go! Plenty of Nepalese and Indian dishes to choose from! :D

Worst service ever, went to book a party for my baby birthday. But the owner didn’t acknowledged us, probably don’t want to talk to us. When you open a restaurant every customers has to be treated fair (good customer service).

(Update) we did booked in one of your branches at epsom with your manager on 07/Sep/2022, But we wanted to check for stage decor and gave a visit to epsom & Sutton on 11/Sep/2022.As per manager she had acknowledged the owner too & had to discussed with him. We arrived at Sutton, waited patiently for 10mins understanding the situation(owner went to deliver food). Then owner arrives, shows us attitude, totally ignores us doesn’t want to talk with us. Treat your customer fair and don’t try to justify yourself with false reason. Many thanks.

What an absolute feast.... 4 large chaps. 3 pints of draft Cobra and a huge selection of freshly cooked deliciousness for 40 pounds each. Every dish damg with its own flavor. No base sauces used here. Pure brilliant food. Freshly made and very flavorful. Highly recommended 👌🏻

I used to go to the same restaurant in Epsom for the last few years, then I found out that they have another in Sutton recently so I had a go.
We tried Vindaloo, Madras, Balti and Masala, with garlic naan and peshwari naan - everything was so good and more authentic. The fiery spicy Vindaloo was my favourite, but others struggled a little bit as it was too spicy for them.

Tried Everest Spice for the first time this evening and was very impressed. Food arrived quickly, was well flavoured and delicious. Will definitely be ordering again.

The gurkhali lamb is incredible, as is most of the food. Service is great too. Definitely our restaurant of choice for Nepalese/Indian in the local area.

Have been a regular takeout customer for a long while now. The food was usually good and tasty until the last time when I found pieces of metal wire in my chicken curry. Called the restaurant and all they could come up with was "sorry". Expected them to call me back but nothing happened. £45 worth of food went to the trash as I lost all my appetite when I realized I'm chewing on a metal wire.

Really poor procedure of dealing with physical cross contamination case and losing a long time regular customer.

I would advise you to review your health and safety and risk assessments when handling food as for someone who has worked 15 years in hospitality this situation and the way you are dealing with it is very disappointing and not up to any standard.

Used to pass by thinking it was a take away. Was looking for restaurants on line and it popped up. Service and food is top notch. Should have been earlier.
