Definitely a wrong place to work in. The Polish people always try to distract you when learning to become a QC arguing with you and being disrespectful.
According to my experience not many people speak a basic English so it's hard to comunixcomm in this envoenviron and honestly the quality idnot checked carefully from all the staff maybe a 2/10 does their real work.

The worst place I ever worked! HR and management are constantly telling lies about everything, supervisors don't know anything just trying to survive their shifts without serious accident or issues, communication almost impossible as 99% of them doesn't speak English at all and couldn't care less about their work, no PPE or any health and safety equipment provided unless you taking your own but very likely it will get stolen after a few days if you don't carry them to each shift, I took mine and the next day everything were missing even my coat too and I worked outside during the winter!! The supervisor reaction was he wouldn't give too much luck that they will find it but they speaking to you like if they were in a different level in the evolution while they just as stupid as a 5p Tesco bag!!

Not a bad place loaded in 10 minutes staff seem ok yard nice google maps took me to the door.

I can't speak on all of the supvisors that work there but I encountered unprofessionalism at its highest here. I arrived and within 5 minutes I received verbal abuse, communication break downs... I was thinking 12 hours of this? I quit after two hours. This job may work for you but it didn't fit for me. I only speak from my personal experience.
