Horrible! horrible!! staff. English should be standard in this country and they either don't speak English or pretend and they can be discriminatory too. Just overall Sad the fact that they get away with it because they sell to the have not's, provide service to the poor so they take advantage of them and not just sell expired products but also overprice and discriminate. Wonder why they are still in existence or in service and mind you the employees are all members of their family.

Only been in there a few times but have noticed what might be a common theme.

If you pick something that's on offer make sure you check the price as it goes through as both occasions where something has been buy 2 or 3 for £X.xx it hasn't gone through as such. Quite easy to miss if your buying lots of things but not when those items make up everything you are buying.

Could it be a coincidence, maybe. Perhaps others could confirm.

Be careful! No COVID restriction in this store! They let people without face covering to do shopping, no touch less shopping. Staff is nervous and rude! Dont go there at all if you care of your health and high quality service. They offer parcel collection and dont want to give it to you if you dont let them to take your ID card into their hands, and even if you do they say its too late and you wont get this!!!!!! People like them shouldnt work with costumers at all!!!

Rude staff, refused to take back a parcel with Collect+ when says Instore above till they do and is a option online to return it. If you don’t do it take the signs down and don’t advertise that you do it when you don’t and just turn around and be rude about it.

I'd rather do the extra .25 mile walk to another shop than deal with the rude staff.

Good customer service

Rude! People in the store with no mask yet the sign on the door suggests they won’t be served. After I waiting ten mins for the man to stop throwing items at the women and pay for the items. Then when it comes to my turn. Then the women says can’t deal with parcels today...madness!

Went tp pick up DPD parcel. I felt like I was intruding.
