Very poor customer service, would not recommend putting this shop as a point of collection of any parcels.

Terrible service, scam, I bought two 25p sweets but they scanned it three times taking an extra 25p. Since I’m a Kid they proceeded to not give me 75p change after I spent £4.25 and actually said “here’s your 75p change”
Would not recommend going especially if your age is between 12-16. Customer service and the owner are all scammers.

Owners & service are excellent. They go out of their way to bring in the item/s you request. They are very polite and friendly. 👍🏽

Lived nearby to this shop for almost a year. Always had a pleasant service, no issues with products.

After 6 shops this one is the only accepting yodel parcels and print the label for you

Worst customer service and the old man is so rude and extremely disrespectful, he does not know how to speak to people and even resorted to swearing. He refused to give me my parcel even after showing him proof of my receipt. If I had a choice I would not even give a star.

Mum tried to return a parcel using collectplus printerless service. Guy refused first two times saying she was supposed to print a label, even having the audacity to tell her to read the digital document properly (which clearly states the shop is supposed to do it). Then on a third visit (on the same very hot day) he finally gave in that he was supposed to print the label but the printer was broken. Very unhelpful and was on the phone when waiting at the counter making her wait more. They shouldn't be registered with collectplus, avoid this place.
