Well presented and clean shop

Rude staff. Was queuing to pay, when a customer behind me in line pushed in front to pay for her items. I asked the shopkeeper what he was doing and protested. But he still served her, with a grin on his face as if it was simply a cheeky endeavor. He said she was in a hurry. I said I was in a hurry too. Then he said "but she's a regular customer". Wow. Just wow.

I have been shopping at this shop for many years now and seen the shop change owners. I am not going to go back until a certain employee who shouts and swears at customers is sacked. I went into the shop and this rude person behind the counter started lecturing me and then arguing with me and finally shouted at me to f*** off. Also my friend saw him do the same thing to another customer. I am boycotting the shop until something is done about this obnoxious employee.

Fab they are not. I asked for a specific product, the shopkeeper mistakenly gave me the wrong thing, which was only apparent to me after opening it. Went back to ask for an exchange and he refused. So I'm down £12 because of his screw up. Terrible service and, despite it being my closest shop, I'll not be using it again and will encourage my neighbours not to either.

I am fed up with going in here, which is over priced. I cannot buy a lottery ticket on a bank card! When I have bought a scratch card here and have won, every single time they tell me it is broken and can not pay up. You can only buy a scratch card with cash also. Is this allowed?.

Not very polite. I went to collect a parcel from there.

Don't shop here. They overcharged me on my shopping, and the frozen pizza i bought was out of date. When i returned to ask for a refund, they said they don't accept refunds. They are a SCAM!

You can get all the little bits you sometimes forget like milk,bread,cereals,drink oh and they even had toliet paper,when people couldn't get them. Really nice staff and open till ten pm
