If I could give this place a 0 star I would. The woman inside the shop refused to serve me alcohol, despite me being 20 years of age and showing valid ID. She claimed there was a recent change of rules and that you had to be 25 to be served alcohol and this applied to all major supermarket chains too. This of course was a blantant lie and me and another customer explained to her the challange 25 law and she still refused to serve me alcohol. How can you run an Off-licence unaware of basic alcohol restriction laws and make random lies up to customers!

They would not give us a parcel when we had identification and the collection barcode. Avoid this place at all costs ! A complete disgrace and should be shutdown. Don't use as a collection point !. Worst shop in London.
