The old man is such a grumpy, unhelpful, mean and terrible person.
Everytime I go there it feels like I'm doing something wrong, while I'm the CUSTOMER and he's basically making a living thanks to ME and US CUSTOMERS.

Was supposed to have my Amazon delivery today to this place but they closed and I couldn’t have my important item delivered would give no stars but minimum is 1 star avoid having any sort of delivery at this place

If you’re getting your parcels collected from here, I would say think twice!
Last week, I came to this shop to collect my parcel and couldn’t believe the poor service I received from there.
The old man that works there is such a horrible person. I didn’t have a code for him to scan to take my parcel, I assumed he would send another code and it would be a simple process from there.
But that was far from the case.
In front of customers, he started an argument with me, and went on to claim that “this is my shop, so it’s my parcel” and wouldn’t let me take my own parcel.
Just because you allow parcels to be collected from your shop, doesn’t mean you own the customer’s parcels, FYI.
So after I received this code for him to scan, he sat there and tried to argue with me again. I had to ask him to hand me my parcel over otherwise he would’ve gone on and on. What sort of customer service is this??

Nice people but they don’t actually sell newspapers and magazines. Should change the name if you’re not a newsagent anymore.

A proper community corner shop with everything you need. Vicky (I'm guessing is the name of the woman who is usually behind the counter) is friendly and warm. It's such a reliable place for dropping off/picking up parcels too.

Friendly family owned business

I have not been to the place. But my debit card has been. An italian guy named SIMONE, stole my wallet and made sevral small purchases using the touch and pay method. Being Vicky's one of them. I do not blame the shop nor the shop attendant. Is the draw back of the touch and pay system.
