Awful customer service. Used this shop regularly for the past 20 odd years. Unfortunately the current owner is very rude. After visiting about 6:30 one morning to buy a can of pop I was greeted by the owner who was very annoyed that I only had a £10 note. (I had just been to the cash point as nowhere else was open this early) He said rudely "You've got a note AGAIN?!" "Don't you ever carry any change?!"
Unfortunately as the local cashpoint fails to give out coins this was my only option, after all change comes from shops in the first place! The owner should be grateful of any custom he gets and learn how to treat customers with respect. Unfortunately I will not be visiting this shop again.

Lovely chap who runs this place. Always friendly and helpful. If you visit Ellesmere by boat, DON'T GO TO TESCO, walk into the town and use local shops like this one.
