Awful dreadful, unhelpful, rude, nasty, discourteous, rude man. I asked for help and got abuse...disgusting service. No internet access unless you stand outside in the cold or rain in order to return a parcel to Hermes. So, what is the point. I told him that he could have been more helpful and I got a smirk. I asked him if he wanted the copy of the receipt I had accidentally printed twice because trying to scan the QR code in when you have several items isnt easy and was told. we dont take your rubbish take it with you. Unbelievably rude and hostile. Shouted at me.!!! should have really gone to the police...

Use this shop regularly.. been to return a parcel today and
the man serving was very helpful and polite.
The process of returning my parcel was very easy would definitely recommend anyone to use this service.

Great little shop crammed to the doors with products. Always a smile on shop assistants faces and always happy to help.

Approach with caution when collecting a Hermes parcel. I had an awful experience the other week, a man behind the counter I didn't recognise with zero customer services appreciation. I'm cancelling my birchbox on the basis of them sending my parcels to this store. Sad but true

Polite, friendly service, but we bought a bag of frozen ‘Greens’ runner beans from the store last Thursday afternoon. We were suspicious at time of purchase that they had been re-frozen after the bag had thawed! On attempting to cook same, we found that the beans were ‘white’ and definitely inedible! We attempted to eat one strand and it tasted horrible! We had to throw the rest of the bag in the rubbish!
