This Friday night my daughter and her friends were racial abused at a University event- superbull. I understand that it is not the establishments fault,but after my daughter and her friend reported one of the many incidents to the security guard, he laughed it off and turned around to start a different conversation with someone else. As a parent it is already worrying to know that your children are in a club, especially in a different city, but to find out that your child had been physically and verbally abused at a university event due to their skin colour is not only disheartening but disgraceful!
From an establishment that has a responsibility to protect all their customers, especially as students, I personally find this extremely unsettling. It is worrying to know that no actions were taken to look after the welfare of my child, nor other children that this may have happened to before and may possibly happen to again in the future if nothing is done about it.

Absolutely amazing club experience with great songs. But above all. Thank you to the lovely bar staff (a lovely lad with a nose piercing) who was soooo helpful and kind and the wonderful security woman who helped me find my phone when I lost it. She was unbelievable kind and eager to help in any way she could. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Disgusting place, feet stick to carpet, bar staff look like they don't want to be there, and the amount of people taking drugs is ridiculous.The door staff spend so much time posing than doing their jobs and throwing people out for minor things but whats going on under their noses they ignore... I'm old school so been to a lot of clubs and know a lot of door staff, but this place needs to get it's act together very poor venue In every way....

Wouldn't recommend this night club to anyone, door staff think they can just throw people for no reason, and they don't give a reason. But they don't throw people out who pushing drugs around. They think cause they wear a badge they think they are all it.

The venue needs to do WAY more to protect against spiking. Multiple friends of mine have been spiked multiple times here. Not a safe place for a night out, especially with how dimly lit it is and lack of security watching.

Well organised and run nights out, the bar staff are very quick and professional, the music keeps the atmosphere good. The interiors could do with a refresh

Went to Moka recently, only the bierkeller bit was open & it was £5 to get in. Place is really bad with poor music, hardy anyone in & despite being a Saturday night only the bottom floor was open. Met my mrs of 12 years in this building. now Married with 2 kids. When we used to go out it used to be 3 floors open every Friday & Saturday. Not like the old days.

Great night out, was a tinge aroma of stinky toes however this was overcome by the great environment! Went on Friday and there was no bull, disappointed not to see the man in action, maybe next time. 4/5
