Unit 1

I went to this club in a super good mood and while I was dancing alone, a guy pulled my hair to annoy me. I came to him to ask him to stop, and eventually I got attacked by him and four of his friends for no reason.. The club took my report and some IDs from the group who attacked me. The group even waited for me outside to try to trap me and beat me up!! Those men were crazy and very dangerous.
I did a crime report the next day and after 2-3 weeks of investigation (quite long to get the video and IDs of the attackers from the club…), the police said that they did not have enough evidence to continue their investigation! I believe the club did the minimum to help the police and preferred to protect their ‘regulars’. The attitude of those young guys was very shocking and they might kill some one one day. I would never go out again in Exeter after this terrible experience. I hope this won’t happen again to anyone, and I learnt the hard way that ignorance was the best option in this case… Take care and stop violence!

Went to cheesy Tuesdays , most of the songs where okay, asked to play some DOJA CAT and was told that it wasn’t in that
Genre. Was extremely disappointed. Kiss me more and a handful of her songs are classics for cheesy Tuesdays. Other popular songs which aren’t even cheesy gets played but not DOJA CAT. Extremely disappointed, will not be returning

This used to be my church and now it’s my Hell following blunder after blunder from the bouncers. I have been unable to get into Unit One, my church, many times now and have been left queuing for hours in the cold and dark- I am not alone in this. The other day my best friend Maxwell was let into Unit One, billed for admission and then kicked out. This was distressing for the friendship group. Im sorry to management for my change of review but I can’t keep quiet about this any longer. Sorry Unit One.

Good restaurant and the hosts treat them nicely and always smiling and respectful and a special thanks to the manager Omar for his respect

First time coming to unit 1 for the last cheesy tuesdays of 2022 and had so much fun and the atmosphere was great. Gets busy very fast so recommended going in dead on opening. I certainly will be coming back soon 😁😁😁

Just don't bother. The DJ had an attitude and no taste in music, it's not 2010 anymore. The staff were rude and obnoxious apart from one lady at the door who was absolutely lovely. Loved her. If you see this can I be your friend? Despite entering the building itself my only other regret was not choking on the smoke machine

Having to sleep every night that unit1 is open with white noise playing through a speaker. I can hear the bass from unit1 even with my windows closed. It’s not pleasant being kept up until 0300 when I have to be up the next day. I suggest strongly that students look at reviews before booking accommodation around unit1 (The Printworks and Depot) because the nightclub doesn’t care about noise. I know this as I have been here for almost 3 years now. Nothing changes when complaining to the club about the noise. This club is very badly placed and surrounding accommodation should warn possible tenants about the noise before they commit to a contract.
