If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the security guards, kicked my 19 year old sister out for absolutely no reason at all, left out on the streets vulnerable and on her own and didn't even let her find her friends and gave her no reason as to why she had to leave. Power hungry security guards who pick on people for no reason, leaving a female on her own at 2am half cut is unacceptable. It's a night club and people get drunk obviously but she was just having a good time with her friends, doing nothing wrong. Avoid this awful place.

Leanne is awful that bouncer is rude and doesn’t let anyone in. If she does let u in (rarely) she’ll drag u out for literally no reason. She needs to be fired and I hope she is really sad with herself. She ruins the club. Tbf all the bouncers are bad too. Save your time and please (I beg) go Astoria or somewhere else. She is awful. I repeat she is awful don’t bother at all.

Most the staff were great apart from one bartender and the bouncer that forced me out for no reason at all. Would not recommend to anyone he was so rude and no one could give me a reason as to why I was being kicked out I had only had 2/3 drinks max the staff charged me money for drinks which I wasn’t even allowed to finish. Was a horrible attitude to have towards customers.

Avoid at all costs, barman too busy checking snapchat to serve, insanely rude when you do manage to get his attention. Whole place stinks like puke, overpriced and full of under age kids.

Great place for going to see groups like music ect. Staff are friendly, plenty of space, bar plenty to choose from. Can stand up or sit, upstairs section to see stage better, and outdoor smoking area if you smoke. Great place if you're watching gigs.

Atmosphere is good during large events such as freshers or when a good guest comes, but the energy is just not there most of the time. The main room is nice and the second is alright but only when its busy.

Purchased a bottle of gray goose for our booth for 110 pounds, we left the booth for 5 to 10 minutes (the bottle was practically full) when we returned the bottle had gone, and staff refused to help even though there was a camera right above the booth, A HUNDRED AND TEN POUNDS, can see why switch is slowly dying out

New years probably worst night of all they let way too many people in you can't move and everyone is impatient and pushing on the main floor where there is no space to even move corridors awfully crowded toilets no point even going you'll be waiting an hour
