Manhattans Nightclub

Went in on boxing day night. The club was overcrowded, maybe beyond the point of reasonable health and safety. Whilst queuing for a beverage myself and my friends were pushed and ridiculed, I feared for our safety and well being. The entire experience was appalling. The only reason that this is a 1 star and not zero is because we managed to get a full entry refund after arguing with the manager for several minutes. I would not recommend.

I attended the big night "sessions" with a group of friends. As we waited in line to get into the club, we were verbally shouted at to keep in line like what I felt, was cattle. Once we had made it into the club, we were told to pay £5 on entry. Once we entered the club finally, I was astounded to see that the bar was small and very dangerous for people waiting for a drink. It was small, crowded and local people causing raucous amount the other people. Unfortunately the "sessions" was a disappointment with the music being repetitive, distasteful and very localised for the town. I would not recommend visiting this venue unless you are wanting to experience being a farm animal being used for your produce.

Awesome for night out. The "go to" place when out round town. Staff are also lovely and friendly.

Had an amazeballs night. The barman who served me looked like Peter Parker. Bonkers Dj called Dj Seven rocked the dance floor. Women and men shaking their behinds .The music crossed boundaries, styles, gender and class. If Lidl did club nights.....oh if only!!!!

overpriced drinks for the location, overcrowded unsafe bar, usual music on a below below average sound system, but you cant help going as its the only place open late enough with people in it.

£10 entry for a start. It's a great venue! Unfortunately the hired dj was abysmal as he tried to free style drops and failed badly at mixing. More to the point playing club classics (youd only hear on disc three of an album back in the day) vs heavy donk. Right through. The mc's just made noise. Completely incomprehensible just grunting syllables.
To conclude. This town got stuck in 2005 along with blackout crew and hasn't ever got better

Went in for first time in two years and remebered why its been so long.
