The Viper Rooms

Disgusting place to go. Over £300 paid for a VIP booth. Wasn't told they open up the booths at 1:30am to everyone. Next thing we know random people coming into the Booth with 1 lad picking up a £100 bottle and started to drink it. After he lost a tooth for it everyone got kicked out and our female friend who had nothing to do with it left her jacket inside. Bouncers refused to let her collect it or even get it for her. Days and days go by with over 15 calls left for them to call her back - nothing. Made a special trip to collect it and guess what, it's gone. Staff didn't care and the bouncers who are stupid heartless thugs, Told her to provide a receipt and £50 will be refunded, despite telling them multiple times the jacket was bought by her mother who has since passed away. Don't lose anything here, Staff happy to keep lost property it seems. Hope this place goes out of business.

Went as a group of four last night. Completely well behaved no dramas or loudness to anyone. Get to the front for my gay friend not to be let in for no reason. It’s overpriced homophobic and apparently racist by the looks of things. Wouldn’t bother. Went to a smaller club down the road had cheaper drinks and a better time

I Travelled a long way to get here and i wish i didn't. The bouncers acted aggressively, shoving people in the queue for no apparent reason and treating the customers as if they were doing us a favour in being there. Once i barely got in after being harassed by the door security the club itself was the size of 2 classrooms, and that is being generous. The bouncers inside are slightly less bone headed, but are still aggressive and unpleasant to go near. The drinks are average for a London club, but still expensive. I wouldn't advise going here, rather i'd suggest you go for the other Kingston club Prysm, or just go anywhere else other than viper.

Viper rooms is the safest club you will ever go to. The staff inside the club are so lovely and kind, and all of the bouncers are extremely helpful and friendly. I have been going to viper rooms for many years and the way it is run is impeccable, the management is amazing and very hands on. Anything that arises is dealt with and managed appropriately, professional and quickly, and customers are always put first. I now do not go to any other club but viper rooms, as it is the only club I feel safe in, and the bouncers are so caring, especially at the end of the night as their priority seems to be to get everyone home safely.

Booked an area recently for a work afterparty
On arrival the area was set up with mixers glassware and all the things expected, the waitress and table service was spot on too.
The staff and management were more than hospitable and outgoing to make sure the experience was memorable.
Good music & overall a great venue, and night.

Went here last week, a group of us turned up and it was a great night, drinks were actually pretty cheap. When we were leaving one of my friends fell flat on her face and security had to come help her up and got her into our Uber. Staff there were really friendly and helpful, would recommend for a fun night out

Place is s**t. Everytime I have tried to give this place a second chance, the overgrown, tiny headed, head to small for shoulders bouncers refuse us entry. We are sober, not being loud but noooo. So if I was you and you wanted a good night, I would not go to this hell hole - especially with the bouncers for think they are well hard 💪

Worst place in Kingston. Dangerous bouncers who are not afraid to attack you for no suitable reason. Rules simply do not exist here, bouncers will decide how things work on the spot, meaning you could be denied entry for any reason no matter how pathetic. Never got in but I’ve been told the music is terrible and the drinks are insanely expensive for the what they are. Don’t go here, this place has no value and you shouldn’t support an establishment that has violent bouncers.
