Always overcrowded and some of the drink prices are extortionate. The club is full of trouble - within 5 minutes of queuing, you'll either be in a fight, being threatened or in a police car. Bad reputation for getting spiked there. Bloke posted in the toilets selling cologne makes you pay him to use the sink and the club turns a blind eye. Toilet floor is submerged in several centimetres of piss. And the que to enter the club can literally take hours.

However the music is decent, and the club is clearly trying to ammend it's bad reputation by being very caring and supportive to vulnerable customers.

Plenty of space and these little corners where you can rest or get "some" privacy. Great drinks, plenty of security. You may be searched on entrance.

Used to visit often during my Uni years and recently went there and nothing has changed since, rude and aggressive bouncers, frustrating people coming in seems to tickle their egos. Glad I don’t live in that town anymore.

Security guards clearly doesn't care my friend got spiked on the students night. Should have search people thoroughly but clearly they didn't. Useless people

Fine once you get inside but the attitude of the door staff, in particular the women taking payments on the door, is absolutely disgusting. We were told we could queue in the fast queue by one bouncer and was then shouted at by one woman in particular for following his instructions. They had a very unprofessional argument in front of everyone and she then spoke to us all in a shocking manner when we eventually came into the building. I don't appreciate being spoken to like that as a paying customer just because she assumes we are all drunk- half of us were not even drinking alcohol (not that it should matter). Won't be back in a rush any time soon. Hopefully they can invest in some customer service training in the meantime.

Misheard an instruction from a guard as he was inspecting me for drugs and what not and because of this he assumed I was drunk without a second thought and banned me for three months in front of my face. Meanwhile my brother ( who had the same amount of drinks as me and was let inside anyway) was in there waiting for us to have a good time. you know your business is in trouble when the line outside is segregated between the genders and all the negative reviews seem to be grievances caused by that very same bouncer who decided to not let me in. #Boycottnbsnorthampton

Very dishonest establishment. There's a man who they employ working in the toilets and he refused to let anyone use soap unless they paid him. There's a global pandemic going on and now you have to pay to use soap.

Not to mention that he also has a card reader in there. Clearly he's employed there just to take advantage of drunk customers. Its absolutely disgusting behaviour and incredibly unhygienic too.

Great music especially bit of cheesy towards end of night. Had my bday girls night in here and had great laugh. Staff where friendly and sent manager to help with ingredients in cocktails as I have allergies. Thank you for night to remeber for a older customer xxx
