Aylesbury Nissan

Another 5* service from the team at Nissan Aylesbury.

Trevor booked in my service and arranged for a courtesy car. This was all confirmed by e mail.

On arriving at the garage all the team were very welcoming and all said hello. Trevor checked in my car, went through any concerns and then took me to the courtesy car.

Josh called me during the day and talked though the details from the major service. Nothing was too much trouble in going through the detail and explaining so I could decide on the work that was recommended.

The car was ready when they said it would be. Again, Josh was very helpful talking through all the detail. Charlie was also extremely helpful in talking through and explaining a few bits about the car and service.

And this is why I drive to Aylesbury, not my local Nissan garage, but the service is first class and all the team are courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable.

Traded my micra for qashqai. The process was so easy and the staff were excellent expecially Saul who kept me informed at all times. It was a great experience buying a car from here as there is no pushy sales people like other car shops. Would definitely use again in the future.

Alex was incredibly helpful and professional. He explained everything perfectly and kept me in the loop at all times. I think he represents the Nissan brand exceptionally well.

I don’t trust them because they don’t follow what is in their warranty letter and keep asking for investigation fee even if there is a small fault with the car within the warranty year. 😞

I can sincerely say that I have never experienced such great customer service, anywhere else and with any other business that I have dealt with. Nissan Aylesbury have been absolutely Fantastic! From the moment I walked in till the moment I left. Based on my experience I absolutely recommend them and encourage anyone to visit them.

Went in August for a test drive and was really impressed with the customer service and friendly approach showed by Saul.He went the extra mile and managed to get my car handed over on the 31st of December!! Woow !!

Booked the car in to get a recall, they sorted that out for us. When I mentioned the car was missing a sd card for the satnav the gave us it for free...

Was advised on a few things to do to make sure the repairs on the car would be cheaper and more offordable. Over all very good experience and will be taking my car back if any other issues accure.
