The Jonas Centre

Cannot recommend the place enough. Delightful staff, gorgeous location. This is our second visit, can't wait to book again. Already planning the next trip ☺️

2 nights here in Mossdale cabin. Very cozy, comfortable cabin. Everything you need is provided. Spotlessley clean. Wonderful location for walks and peace and quiet. Would definately return. Excellent value for money. Dog friendly too 🐶

We stayed at the Jonas centre in June 2022. The cabins were beautifully kept and modern. The cabins are self catering and have utensils and crockery etc. The location was really easy to get to.. just the top of the Yorkshire dales. Close to Layburn and Redmire. Lots of outdoor space and parking.

Was a great weekend at the Jonas Centre. We spent time fellowshipping, had bbq's, and went to go see the waterfalls, and old castle. The kids also loved the animals, and the swings. A relaxing few days without distractions. Well recommended short break.

This is a site with a number of self catering wood cabins. The cabins are well equipped and we'll maintained. There is a small games room and play area. Location is perfect for exploring the Dales. Jonas Centre has a clear Christian ethos. Great for family groups or couples.

An absolutely beautiful place, so quiet and peaceful. The site is well maintained and the cabins have everything you could require. They a clean and tidy and are well spaced out.

From arrival to departure it was so easy. Self check in meant I just turned up knowing my cabin name and key code, the email was informative and easy to understand.
The cabin I had was Dentdale, one of the standard cabins. It didn’t feel standard. Everything I needed was there. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, utensils, washing up liquid, hand wash, tea towels etc. Extra bin bags too! A real home from home.
The beds were comfortable, the seating area although ‘caravan’ style were really comfortable. My cabin was so cosy and warm.
The site has great little walks to the pray barn and back, via the animals in a paddock. Great walks around Redmire and small drives to others. There wasn’t a shop on site but I didn’t miss that as had stocked up in the local town, Leyburn, where there is a well stocked CoOp and takeaways!!!
