Run by Christian volunteers who can give up their time to help people when moving into new property to furnished their accommodation I also sell to the public and have a wide range of Brecon Brecon antiques it's always a shop of great interest or Place when passing to pop in and say hello

The staff are lovely and helpful. Decent stuff for first time buyers/renters or students. Not everything is perfect but it's all second hand so you can't expect it to be and the prices are extremely reasonable. Delivered everything we needed in good time.

I tried donating furniture to them but they couldn't be bothered to collect it so it went to the tip as I had no room to keep the items indoors until they found the time to collect it. Other items I took there were being sold at over inflated prices.
I should have just put the items on Gumtree for free to help those in need.
I certainly won't be donating anything else.

Unreliable when taking donations. Despite numerous phone calls confirming arrangements, including day previous to collection, let me down. Hate to write this about a charity organisation but would never offer to them again.

Really nice people who do a very important job around Newport, many families rely on Raven House so please donate what you can.

What an amazing service they offer. Recently purchased a sofa set that was practically brand new. Staff are so helpful and friendly and my furniture was delivered on time and with care.
This charity makes such a positive impact on our local community. Providing a second to none food bank service for struggling families with generous donations from companies across Newport. The support they gave the NHS during the peak of the pandemic was wonderful to see. Delivering donations of drinks, snacks and toiletries to our hard working staff on the front line. Well done RHT keep up the awesome work!!!!!!

Some decent items here and very affordable prices, ideal for those starting out
