Sanderling House Holiday Let

Having stayed at Jill and Simon's amazing Sanderling House the last couple of summers, we decided to spend our first New Year ever in Dale and there was only one place to stay! I was a little worried about leaving the Christmas atmosphere at home but needn't have worried, the effort that Jill puts into making Sanderling House a Christmas delight is huge and was so lovely and welcome, the pictures don't do it justice. It just gave it that extra something which is what we all want at and over Christmas.

Jill as a host, is always beyond amazing and really does go the extra mile to make sure her guests are happy - she even spotted our Tesco delivery turn up early as she was on her way out of Dale and turned back to meet him and even took it in for us and put the perishables away - amazing and thank you again.

We love the house as ever, it is brilliant in the Summer or Winter and really offers the perfect place to stay - the addition of the little sun room is fantastic and gives another space to escape, if the family become too much!

Fantastic location being less than a minute from the beach, pub, cafe and sailing club. Easy access tot he coast bath and to West Dale Beach. Sanderlings is beautifully presented and is a real home from home. Jill was very accommodating especially as we booked very late.We will be back!

Our stay at Sanderling was excellent. The house has everything you could want and more. The garden is exquisite with the chance to watch numerous birds. Location is great. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Dale is an amazing location to stay and Sanderling house is an amazing rental to stay and enjoy it all from , you will want for nothing , everything you need is to hand in sanderling house , superb for family's , dog friendly , very well decorated ( sea schemes ) sea view from living room , quality furnishing though out , comfortable beds , lovely rain shower , beautiful back garden birds galore to sit and watch ( they even come within touching distance if you stay still ) i have stayed in many rentals in dale and can say this is the best of all , and if you have not visited dale before your simply missing a Gem . we will recommend sanderling house to anyone without a thought of hesitation

Having recently stayed at Sanderling House in a group of four adults I can highly recommend it for an enjoyable holiday. The accommodation is first class, with a light and airy feel and plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the lounge has an incredible selection of books, DVDs and games - including outdoor table tennis and BBQ - so no matter what the weather is like there is plenty of entertainment. The garden is lovely with various areas where again a large group can spread out amongst the shrubs and trees which are teaming with birds. The location is fabulous - a short stroll to the sea, pub and yacht club and the opportunity to walk as far as you wish on the Pembroke Coastal Path which is literally on the doorstep and many beautiful beaches to explore. Jill, the owner, has thought of everything and there are numerous leaflets and information sheets detailing walks, places to visit and where to get fed. The bonus is that your dog is also welcome. We have no hesitation in recommending this lovely property to anyone who wants to spend some time in a beautiful part of Wales.

We can only confirm that this is a very well equipped place as regards kitchen stuff and gadgets, plus the scenic first floor comfortable lounge has loads of DVDs, books and games for rainy days or fun nights. The garden is steep but has seating areas, barbeques and a fireplace together with a professional table tennis table with seat pads and bats handy. Good communication with the owner and quick deposit return. Dale front is only 100 yards away is a busy place but sandy beaches are not far away and good coastal walks too. Great base, high quality and reasonable pricing. Dogs welcome although not inside the pub. Pub not doing takeaways now but the Yacht Club pizzas are good.Thanks again

The house is spacious, comfortable, very well equipped and ideally located for walking the coast path and for watersports. There was good communication with the owner, who was very helpful, both before and during our stay. The dogs thoroughly enjoyed it as well! Would recommend.

Everything we needed and more for a lovely week in Dale - great location, pub fab and the Beach house Cafe too. Did some great walks in rain and shine
