No handover upon collection of child on first day.

Nursery refused to allow child to remain at nursery if child required Calpol.

Worst nursery I’ve ever been to, my child 9months old cried when dropped of dried when picked up, she came home with poo all over her back and vest, never had a good hand over at the end of the day.
As a staff that worked there I had no training no knowledge of children was told To do snack but had children with dietries who I didn’t know which child was who, worked there for two weeks and it was horrendous! DONT send your child here!

I was a bit worried about how my daughter would be starting nursery as at nearly 10 months old, most of her life had been spent with solely me and her dad due to the pandemic. The staff were reassuring, welcoming and you can tell they really care about the children in their care. The communication is great , we really appreciate the weekly newsletters and we've felt able to get in touch when we have questions. Most importantly my girl absolutely loves it there!

Our daughter loves it here and prefers it than being at home! The staff are lovely and feel like they genuinely love and care for all the children. Very reassuring.
