I'm so sorry to say this but they were really rude and not professional at all (how to handle new parents introduced to their nursery) we were 10 minutes late to our viewing appointment just because I was at work and they didn't let us view the nursery for our child just coz we arrived late. I can't tally about their nursery much coz I didn't get that chance to view it.
