Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool Chelmsford

Was good when,my youngest went years ago parking is a nightmare though

I am really sorry to say that but the manager is not very professional because I will explain... They are not flexible, they dont understand u when we have problem with the money (because first time when we came to this nursery I spoke with the manager and she said that"we are very flexible, we are humans and we understand everything, if u speak with us abiout some difficulties in payments) this was her words and to find today that she told me that untill I will pay the bill my son can't go to nursery as I told her in email I had some problem with money and after she hang-up the phone
Now u tell me mum how I should manage this behavior
