My son absolutely adores Little Wild Nursery. He has mild special needs and I was needing a preschool that would care for him really well. This place is it! He is looked after so well and he loves the outdoor setting. He has grown in confidence and he often runs off without looking back! I love the low child to adult ratios and I have a lot of contact with his key worker who is really on the ball with what is going on with each child. They make lots of fun things that they bring home and they have campfires and cook food over the fire. There are school nativities, fireworks nights and sports days, which are adapted for the woods! My son's life has been enriched from being here and I am so happy as a parent to thoroughly recommend this nursery!

We could not be happier to have chosen Little Wild Nursery for our son for his pre-school year. He cannot wait to go each week, whatever the weather, and comes out beaming, covered in mud, and generally holding some wonderful creation they made that morning. The teachers are fantastic; so kind, hugely supportive, enthusiastic and creative (& no doubt patient!) - it is a very happy place to be. Hopefully the love of nature and the outdoors will stay with him now throughout his school life!

We are delighted that our son has had the opportunity to go to the Little Wild Nursery for his pre-school year. It is a really happy environment and our son looks forward to his days there winter, summer, rain or shine. The creativity of the teachers in using the outdoor environment for educational purposes is super, they cover it all brilliantly.
We hope this great experience will further instil a love of the outdoors, and nature, in our son. We would very much like to attend ourselves!

I cannot eulogise enough about LIttle Wild nursery, my son thoroughly enjoys his time there and always has lots to tell me about all the activities he has done that day. It is so wonderful that the kids get to be outside the whole time, exploring, climbing, building, experimenting, painting, creating, cooking, developing their social skills and most importantly having fun. The teachers have found a way of incorporating all the areas of learning within the outdoor setting. My son has infantile asthma and initially we were concerned that the cold weather could be a problem, but wrapping him up nice and warm and being in all that fresh air did him the world of good. It is like a little family, the teachers are lovely and create a world for the children to explore and have fun; we are always greeted by happy faces at the end of each session.

What a breath of fresh air ‘ Little Wild Nursery ‘ is, in every way possible! Both my sons Joshua & Zachary have enjoyed the privilege of learning outdoors in this warm, nurturing environment. My kids have thrived, learning so much about their natural world, developing great independence, confidence & social skills as well as excelling academically.

I cannot rate this nursery highly enough! It really prepares them so well for life & school. My eldest Joshua sailed through his reception class and is still benefitting from the great foundation & love of learning 'Little Wild Nursery' gave him. Even now he still adores the outdoors and does Scouts!

The activities are so engaging, the teachers are so understanding, accommodating, professional and forward thinking. You only have to see your kids beaming with excitement and eagerness to quite literally run to nursery in the morning, to fully appreciate all this unique place has to offer!

Our son Jack has been going to the Little Wild nursery for nearly 2 years now and he has been unbelievably happy there. His confidence has grown enormously and he has learnt so much that I would have never imagined him to be doing at 4 years old- such as cooking (safely!) on fires , cutting fruit , learning so much about wildlife, and above all having so much time outdoors to explore. The teachers Ellie, Sally, Katherine and Hannah are all wonderful and provide a supportive and nurturing environment for the children. I really can’t recommend it enough!

🌟Layla has been at Little Wild Nursery almost 2 years now and she has absolutely adored it! The team are wonderful and they allow children the freedom to learn through exploration and pure fun! I am SO pleased I chose a forest nursery for Layla's formative years; her love and knowledge of nature and the world around her has flourished and will always be with her. Why be inside when you can be outside learning, enjoying the fresh air and be free from the constraints of a classroom. I only wish Little Wild had their own school! (hint hint ;) Sad that she only has a few weeks left but, I am such a fan, my next two boys are already on the register!🌟

Little Wild Nursery is just magical! Our son loves the great outdoors and thoroughly enjoys his mornings at nursery. He’s learning so much and has made some wonderful friends this year. The teachers are all fantastic too – so very kind and nurturing. It’s a brilliant nursery in a beautiful setting – we highly recommend.
