Rising Stars Nursery

It's a disgrace of a nursery the service is disgusting, the black man there is rude cancelled on me twice so I couldn't get to get my daughter into nursery for me to work. Then he said he or the nursery ain't to blame while raising his voice at me when it should be me raising my voice. I called up all morning today and the phone was constantly engaged so went there was ringing the bell about 7min then had to bang off 2 doors just to get a answer then told one woman that I can't get hold of them via phone its engaged. The woman then looked at the phone and said oh it was off the hook. See so much for professionals and service

Staff are warm and welcoming. They provide quality time and care to my son and other children there. My Son has settled well & he is happy there.
