Our two year old has been at the wonderful nursery for a few short months and has settled in beautifully and is thriving! He really enjoys his nursery days and we pick him up full of beans and excited to tell us all about his adventures. The manager and carers are all lovely and have created a fun environment for the children with great resources. The building and rooms are beautifully maintained, the menu is balanced and varied and the garden is huge and much enjoyed by our son.

The daily updates on the app are so reassuring and the handovers are always thorough. They have managed to create a nurturing haven of normality for these little people at this strange time and that is hugely appreciated.

We researched and visited a good few local nurseries and we couldn’t be happier with our choice!

Thank you so much Dani and the team at Busy Bees - keep up the fantastic work! xx

Wonderful nursery. The rooms are bright and airy and they have a lovely garden for outdoor time.

My Son has been attending this centre 3 days a week since he was 1 year old and we are very happy with the care/support he receives and his progress. The staff are very helpful and have supported his learning and development throughout his time there.

My child has never once gone in crying and comes home happy every day, what more can you really ask for of a nursery?! The staff are so caring and friendly and bend over backwards to help you and your children eg during potty training, or birth of a sibling, eating better, etc. You get photos and updates on the portal each day and reports on their development and progress each term. I couldn’t recommend the place highly enough.

I arranged a visit as I wanted a short term place for my 4yo. It was a wasted visit as they incorrectly told me over the phone that there were places available when actually we would need to wait until the next year.

The upstairs space looked over crowded for the number of children. It was a very noisy environment which would not suit all children. I would advise visiting before automatically letting your child go up a class.

Food (tiny sliver of pear skin and a pile of raisins) was placed directly on to the table, rather than using plates. It looked the table was not very clean and was also used for drawing.

Admin staff were incredibly rude to me when I called after the visit even though I repeatedly told them they were discussing emails to someone else which predated my enquiry. Eventually they realised their mistake. They started the call by referring to another child which made me think they were very confused and disorganised. It would be a nightmare to have to deal with people like that on a regular basis.

Our son attended Teddington Busy Bees since 2019, joining when he was 7 months old. The team and management have been so welcoming over the years and have really supported his introduction to an early years setting and encouraged his development. The nursery faced many challenges during covid 2020/2021 up to the first part of this year, but the staff balanced both covid safety messures all the while ressuring the children and parents that the nursery would be a safe ,secure friendly environment. I am truely thankful for all the wonderful memories he has created, social and physical development coupled with friendships formed with children and staff . The staff have been key in his development, regardless of which room he has been in all the staff have got to know him and continued as he moved through each room. He is now ready to start reception today , he is more than ready thanks to the wonderful team at Busy Bees. Highly recommend the nursery.

Our daughter has been at Teddington Busy Bees since August 2020, joining when she was 10-months. The team have been so welcoming and have really supported her introduction to nursery and to her development. Despite facing many challenges during covid, the team have balanced both necessary safety enhancements and maintaining a welcoming, friendly and engaging place for our little people. Being a smaller nursery enables a really personal feel – it’s great that all the staff know our daughter by name, regardless of being in different rooms. Thanks to everyone for making our daughter’s days so fun and engaging; nursery is having such a positive impact on her development and she’s changed so much in the last 6-months - it’s great to see!

Our 2.5 year old daughter has just started nursery at Busy Bees Teddington, having never previously attended any other establishment. We had the opportunity of a guided tour before signing up, which was very useful during Covid times as no other nurseries offered this. It's early days as we've just started our journey with Busy Bees, but we had a very warm and reassuring welcome by everyone we met, and most importantly our daughter - despite the lack of social interaction during the pandemic - seems to be settling in very well and appears to thoroughly enjoy her time at the nursery. She has fun doing lots of crafty activities and spending time in the garden. She always comes home with a smile on her face and tells us that she wants to return again. We're very happy about all these and hope she'll continue enjoying her time at Busy Bees in the future.
