My daughter started with Smilers when she was 2 years old. If you want to send your child to a nursery where you can share your views comfortably about your child’s needs and feel heard then Smilers is the most unique nursery. The staff are brilliant and so helpful. I have always been greeted with smiles and warmth. I had a look at many nurseries before choosing Smilers. The setting is clean and airy. The location means the children a really spacious garden to play in. My child stayed at Smilers till she started Reception. My daughter is comfortable meeting people and making friends. The staff have always been kind to all the children and I have had total peace of mind leaving my child there with the staff. I really can not say anything but massive praise for this place. Thank you Smilers for helping me look after my baby, and making my experience of motherhood so memorable. I believe the nursery has a good rating. I believe this is a reflection of an Oftsed Officers tick box. What matters to me is my child thinks the place is outstanding. Thank you Smilers for making a nursery a beautiful place to be.

The management team at Smilers nursery are very attentive and informative. They always go out of their way to ensure the parent is reassured about their child’s care. Ayesha is a fantastic member of staff who welcomes us to the nursery every time with a warm smile, and warm welcome. The nursery workers are fantastic also, and always go out of their way to ensure the child is getting the best care.

Smilers park house nursery has a wonderful, vibrant, positive atmosphere and the staff are always very supportive and friendly. They have cared and catered for my daughter brilliantly..so much that she doesn't want to come home at the end of the day! Would
definitely recommend this nursery.

My son has been attending Parkhouse since it opened and can not fault the nursery . My son has developed so much since attending as they learn through play . With fun activities that involve the parents too such as sports day , cultural day and Christmas parties . I would highly recommended nursery to all my parents :)

Sindy at smilers has been amazing from the start. The entire staff at smilers have been so good to us. They are our family now.

My son was at Smilers from 1- 4 years old and he had a wonderful time there. The staff are friendly and supportive. The garden and outdoor areas are beautiful and the range of activities is great. It is a nurturing and happy place that I would definitely recommend. We were sad to say goodbye!
