Playdays Nursery

Highly recommend this magical and loving place. Playdays is wonderful - it's a loving, warm, caring, nurturing and fun nursery. Both our children went there, and both have nothing but happy memories. Our son is just finishing up (ready for big school) after 3 great years, starting in the baby room at the age of 1. The teachers are warm, attentive and obviously care about the kids and their well being. They know the children so well! The manager, Miss Sarah, is friendly, professional and a great communicator. She has been there many years and seen us through both our children growing up in Playdays, and it's thanks I'm sure to her attention to detail and staff happiness (the turn over is really low!) the place is so magical. There are lots of great activities like baby yoga, swimming, french, dance etc. In fact, I'm really teary our time is at an end - but all children must move on to big school eventually!

We love Playdays! My daughter has attended the Chiswick branch since she was two and has truly enjoyed her time there and as a result, is now ready to take on the challenges of 'big school'.

As a parent, you always want the best pastoral care for your child as well as a stimulating environment for them to learn in; the manger Sarah and all staff (Miss Jess is particularly awesome in the Preschool Room!) really care and contribute in making this happen every day. The staff turnover is generally low - a rarity across many nursery settings - and even the staff who 'float' in different rooms take time to get to know the children which I really appreciate as a parent.

We will miss Playdays and the really homely and warm environment but super glad that we got chance to have our daughter grow up there during the last couple of years.

After three very happy years, our son has just finished at Playdays Chiswick. From the very beginning he has enjoyed every moment and has already been telling us how much he misses his friends and teachers there. His development has been all to obvious to see which is no surprise given the high quality of teaching and learning he’s experienced. All the staff are excellent, including Miss Sarah (manager), Miss Holly (deputy and also one of his first teachers), Miss Veronika (reception) and Miss Gabriela and Miss Molly (his most recent teachers). We cannot thank them enough. We really would recommend Playdays Chiswick in the highest terms.

Second home to all my children. Really friendly staff, everyone is thoughtful and cares about each child, and they get together as a group between rooms to prepare transitions.
Spacious and clean, awesome activities to develop at different stages (indoors and visits to local parks) and a great garden for sunny days out back.
Parking available for pick-up/drop-off. Recommend for a safe, friendly, and caring environment.

If I could give Playdays Chiswick more than 5 stars I would! It is the most incredible nursery in every way. My daughter started in the under 1 babies room when she was 8 months old and is now 17 months. Due to the loving and kind nature of the teachers she settled in immediately and we haven’t looked back. My daughter loves going to nursery and has fun every day. As well as having fun and feeling loved and safe, her development is excellent and she is thriving. Miss Sarah and her team are all fantastic and I’m incredibly grateful to her and all the wonderful teachers in the babies rooms. The food is also amazing, freshly prepared and cooked on site. When we read in my daughter’s book what she did that day and what food she ate, my husband and I joke that we wish we could be at Paydays too. All the parents I speak to love the nursery and their children are very happy. If you are looking for a nursery in Chiswick I can’t recommend Playdays highly enough.

Due to both my wife and I working our daughter started nursery when she was 8 months old. We were obviously a little worried about the changes it would bring. That worry evaporated within the day when we saw how much love and care the teachers give the children there. We couldn’t be happier or think that our daughter couldn’t be in a better place. She comes home happy (and tired!) and we can see a genuine growth in her development. Playdays, thank you so much!

Our daughter has been at Playdays for the last three years and absolutely loves it there. We have been so impressed by the way in which Miss Sarah manages the nursery. The staff are all very caring, friendly and professional. They work tirelessly to create a fun, safe and nurturing environment for the children. They also work closely with the parents and strive to accommodate any specific requests or changes you need to make. We have been amazed at how much our daughter has learnt during her time there and it’s been wonderful to see her skills and knowledge develop. There is a very low turn over of staff which speaks volumes. A lot of the staff who looked after our four year old daughter when she was a baby are still there now which is lovely for the children and helps foster strong relationships.

We feel very emotional about her leaving and cannot recommend the nursery highly enough! Thank you Miss Sarah and your incredible team for giving Ella the best start in life. We will miss you all hugely.

It's over 1 year now since our son David is attending Playdays Nursery Chiswick. He is very happy there , Playdays it's like second home for him .
When he started attending Playdays, he barely speak, and now he is telling me stories from Nursery and he is ready for school in September thanks to Playdays Nursery and Sarah who is doing an excellent job leading an loving and kind and caring team.
Communication between Playdays and parents is exceptional .
I can thank them enough to all the staff from Playdays for taking so good care for our son and make him so happy every day.
We will miss you so much Playdays Nursery Chiswick.
