Buttercups Nursery - Acton

I have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for someone to get back to me. I was enquiring about my daughter joining the nursery, but I have only received one response email and have yet to receive any further correspondence from the two other emails I have sent! Including my calls to the head office and the voicemail I left.

The customer service is diabolical, you would think a place such as a nursery where we would want to leave our darling children would try their best to be attentive to parents enquiring, or the very least respond to an email (which I gave plenty of time for a response for), such a shame as the reviews boast on how well they’re with children.

We love our nursery. Now second son is staying.
Older started when he was 8 months. Settled quickly and was happy to go there. Kids eating well in the nursery. Even my choosy first.

My son has recently started at Buttercups Acton and he is doing really well! The staff have worked really hard to help him settle and make him feel comfortable. They have helped us to also feel comfortable when leaving him. I would highly recommend this nursery!

My son attended for around a year, it is a lovely nursery with really hands-on and caring staff who go the extra mile to make sure that all the little ones receive the care and attention they need and the manager is very nice and understanding

Buttercups has been wonderful for my three children - they are supportive, caring and nurturing. I couldn’t recommend it more!
