Banana Moon Day Nursery

Lovely clean nursery, very friendly staff, always helpful and easy to talk to. My son Noah settled in very well and always asks to go, even on weekends, which makes me feel very settled. I am always updated daily on how my son has been, and if needs be, I can’t fault then for anything. I would definitely recommend this nursery. ( Noah love all the staff Carlos, Anna, Kelly, Anushia, Darshi ) I wish Noah remembered others names too 😬

I'd highly recommend. My son has increased his confidence and communication skills since going to Banana Moon. Teachers keep me updated and I can follow my son's day via the app. Teachers have been very supportive after potty training.

Our daughter has been going to Banana Moon since she was 1 and absolutely loves it. She’s now nearly 4 and enjoys the activities and telling us on a daily basis about everything she’s learned. Our son who’s 1 has recently started and is thriving there. The Banana Moon staff are really friendly and helpful and we feel safe leaving our kids in their capable hands. There’s also a great app where we receive regular updates and pictures on what our kids are doing throughout the day. A big thank you to everyone at Banana Moon for the great work that they are doing teaching, developing and taking care of our kids

I can highly recommend Banana Moon! My daughter started when she was 1 in the baby room (after trying another nursery which wasn't a patch on Banana Moon), went on to the toddler room and she's now 3.5 in pre-school, my son is 1 and he has just started. The staff are so kind, caring and knowledgeable, each child has a key worker and you're updated throughout the day via an app with pics & info, the chef is excellent & the children have fresh food throughout the day. Most importantly - my children are very happy there, have made great friends & I feel safe that they are in the best hands.

Son has been attending preschool room for over a year now - cannot fault his care in the slightest and love the use of the app to see daily updates and photos. Only reason not 5 stars is when we first joined I was constantly chasing up any communication via email and phone and never heard anything back. This got quite stressful! There have been other issues with communication as well but again, it’s a minor thing and I know my son is very safe and happy there and loves all of his teachers!

My little one , who is 3, settled very well and quickly into this nursery. He likes the food which is a bonus, he enjoys the activities, especially the nursery rhymes and learned quite a lot in 2 months since he has been here.
The staff is very polite and caring, so a big thank you for that, we are very greatful to everyone that has taken part in his development.
Emails do take some time to be responded to but I don't think this is a problem since all the members of staff are helping out and if it is something urgent or just need an answer for, someone will always pick up the phone.
We are really happy with our experience so far.

My daughter really loves it here. She speaks with love about staff. I am delighted that they always have different activities and that every day she learns something new. They really helped her to develop more. She started when she barely could say any word( she is talking 2 languages) and her confidence wasn't that great but she had all the suport and love from all of them. We really recomend.

My daughter has been attending Banana Moon Nursery for almost 3 years now and she is so happy there. All of the staff are so nurturing and supportive and they provide her with so much care, attention and positivity.

Everyday there is a new activity or experience planned and she seems to be really thriving from the variety. I have always found the key workers to be very communicative and the admin team are so efficient.

I would highly recommend Banana Moon Nursery to anyone looking for a nursery in the area and I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful and happy environment for my daughter.
