Pembroke Park Nursery

I have been a few times at nursery as I needed a very cosy comfortable room for my abacus classes. I visited other venues as well. But Pembroke child care was the winner . During my visits I noticed that the kids were very happy, staff was quite busy working with kids. The food rate is 5!!!! The staff was very friendly and caring. When I finished my abacus class, kids didn't want to leave the nursery, they wanted to stay longer as the nursery is very welcoming! What also surprised me is that there is s real piano as well!!! And my kids played piano during the break! The toilets are very very clean!!! No regret that I chose Pembroke child care !

Not a good place to send your kids and pay them for their careless behaviour. My Son was bitten on his neck by another kid and it was the worst bite i have ever seen in my life.They said it happened in split of second ... wao! surely not, as its so bad that it cant be done by a single bite.

I have noted couple of times during my visit that the staff is busy chatting and kids are left on their own.

Since day one my daughter loves this place ,
After few weeks we seen so much great improvement on our daughter with her knowlage of numbers ..worlds..arts and amazing calm attitude..
Staff is very friendly and always here for us .. Sometime I have been late to pick up my daughter and never been a problem with it they always happy to help from early morning or late afternoon
Every time I go to pick up my girl I'm update about her day..what's she was eating and what they been doing..:) my daughter always coming home with pice of paper of her hand made work-im so proud

But the most important thing is that she is very very happy to go there with big smile every single day

Great nursery, my son goes there and he absolutely loves it.

As my maternity leave was coming to an end, I was getting so nervous and constantly stressed about how my super clingy daughter would cope without me. But after just one week of going to the nursery I saw a great improvement in her. The staff at the day care are all great and very friendly. It is so comforting to know that my baby is in good hands and well taken care of. I am so happy I chose this nursery for my daughter.

The nursery sits in a quite residential area, easily accessible by cars or public transportation. It has a very friendly and professional team, my daughter loves to to be there! Good food offers for the children, and lots of activities with seasonal themes - at an affordable price. 100% recommended to all.

Really happy with the care provided for my 3 year old daughter - great staff, excellent environment and good menu, my daughter is very happy there.

OK so I had a recent viewing and I can safely say my son won't be attending here.
Issue number 1 during the entire duration of the very rushed 10 min viewing, not once did the lady ask me my sons name which is a turn off as it shows lack of interest, and this is simply business and money for the staff.
Second issue I wasn't required to wear a mask and neither was the lady who came to view as I was leaving.
Thirdy 5 or 6 unqualified staff is just too many for a fussy mum like me.
4th issue lack of outdoor space is also a no. My toddler loves the outdoors.
To summarize my whole tour felt very rushed and upon me leaving another mum was straight in so I finally understood why. To make matters worst I recently spoke to a mum who pulled her child out of here because their child's specific dietary needs wernt met. Not the nursery for my boy but I wish them all the best.
I will say though inside is amongst the cleanest nurseries I've ever seen.
