Bright Horizons Kings Hill Day Nursery and Preschool

Ridiculously high turn around of staff! No communication between staff and parents. Key workers changed on a weekly basis.. children need consistency. I would definitely look elsewhere....

My review is covering the last 9 months that my daughter has been attending the Kings Hill branch. As an extremely anxious person in general and especially as a new parent, I will never forget how easy the nursery staff made my daughter's first day. To be greeted by the team, knowing who we were as soon as we arrived at the door was comforting to me - my daughter never looked back! I have not had a single day where I have dropped her off and she has not marched in on her own merit, happy to be there; that's so enjoyable for me to see as a parent. It's the little touches that the nursery does that makes me feel I am part of my daughter's day - the daily communication forms, the pictures and cards she has made with the team - it's brilliant! I have not encountered a single member of staff who has not been happy or energetic, which under the conditions of the last year, is admirable. I have already signed my next child up for joining in April 2022!

The team at Bright Horizons do such a great job. My daughter loves going to nursery and every day she’s doing something different whether it’s outside playing in the garden or inside painting, playing with the babies or the many activities. There’s an App which shows you photos and updates as well as what they’ve eaten, nappy changes, hand washes etc. I’d highly recommend!
