Bright Horizons Woking Day Nursery and Preschool

The new management team have worked really hard to make improvements to the setting and this really shows. My child loves coming to nursery each day and I cant thank the staff enough.

The staff turnover is absymal, they've stopped doing handover sheets so communication is non-existant, and the queues caused by bad planning can run to 20 - 30 minutes. Children are regularly brought out without their parents waiting for them.

In summary, do not send your children here.

We'll be glad when our 4 year old (a girl who they've registered on their app as a boy) leaves for school. Really, don't send your children here.
