This is a brilliant nursery that offers plenty on opertunitys for the children to expand their knowlage. the staff work as one big family they all know the children and work with all the children. They are a outdoor based nursery were they have a mud kitchen and builders yard for the children. Would recommend this nursery.

Wow what an amazing nursery! They are an outdoors based nursery, where they have an allotment, builders yard, fairy house and lots more. The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and really caring and the children are always happy and busy; playing down the garden getting really muddy. Allowing the children to expanded there own knowledge and to take there own risks.

Highly recommend this nursery ❤️

The Enchanted Garden Nursery is like coming into a large family with the nursery being in an amazing outdoor setting giving the children brilliant experiences of playing in the woods, climbing, mud kitchen and fairy house as well as looking after the animals and veggie patches.
The children thrive and have wonderful smiles on their faces which is a joy to see.

This is a unique nursery, it offers plenty of outdoor learning allowing the children to take risks by climbing trees etc. They get very muddy exploring their environment by digging in the allotment and exploring the forest area.
The enchanted garden focus on natural resources, the curiosity and regio approach to help and support the children's development.
All the staff are friendly and very knowledgable as well as so very caring to all children.

This nursery is an absolute hidden gem of a place. Both of my children are absolutely lucky and privileged to be a part of the family that this nursery has become to us, the staff are all incredible, they all care about my son and daughter and I trust them implicitly with not only their safety, but with their incredible approach to learning and development, this is a place where children can be children but where they learn about risk and self responsibility and reliance. My children absolutely thrive in this setting, it is full of adventure, nature, puddles for jumping and lots of love.

They support, they provide, they go above and beyond to help, and the flexibility they offer is without a doubt something I dont think is common. I am proud that my children go to this nursery, and I feel like a good parent for choosing this nursery and giving my children access to this amazing sanctuary which was clearly built for fulfilling childhood dreams.

Thank you to all the staff 🧡

Both of my children attended the enchanted garden day nursery and loved it. They have such a great attitude towards children's learning experiences. I thought it was great that my children were outside and it's a wonderful life lesson that as long as you dress correctly the weather shouldn't stop you, especially important when you live in the UK. Personally I think it encourages a joy of nature and helps to create active children.

Bit of a mixed bag when my Son went here for 18 months - At first when he was 2 the nursery was amazing and to be honest he loved it there as there is lots for them to do! However despite me agreeing with the general outdoor policy - I don’t like that they still put the kids outside in the pouring rain and when it’s -2 outside in winter. My son Always had the sniffles and a cold because they are a bit too keen to get them outside whatever the weather! General staff are friendly but they don’t communicate well and were always losing my child’s hats, gloves and other bits. It went a bit sour in the end as when he turned three it ended abruptly when they introduced a £5 a day surcharge despite him being there 18 months without any surcharges and us never having had to pay this when he was 2. The worst part is nobody told us and apparently they put it in an online news letter on their Facebook (which I never got or saw). Suddenly got 3 months of surcharge added to an invoice and payment demanded! I was astounded as I never even knew until they requested the money from me!

I haven’t a clue how they can expect us to check their Facebook page for a newsletter for a key contractual change?! Surely they could have mentioned when I dropped him off and picked him up every day or sent children affected by the surcharge home with a paper copy or a letter. Maybe it was deliberate so other parents didn’t do the same as I did! I don’t see how they can justify a £5.00 a day surcharge which is an extra £100 a month if your child attends 5 days (on top of any hourly rate or funding you might get). No option of sending him with a packed lunch or anything. Think it’s a money making con if I’m honest. £5.00 a day per child over 3. 10 x kids would be £50 a day - Wipes and bits must have really gone up for it to be that expensive but apparently the daily rate only covers their ‘care’! I’m pretty sure caring for a kid involved feeding and changing them?

I took him out and received an email two weeks later asking for a pair of trousers back they sent him home in because apparently they belong to another child (don’t know why they’re putting someone else’s clothes on another child but doesn’t surprise me).

Great nursery initially which has been gradually going downhill! Ended up having to take my son out because of their greed as £5.00 a day on top of funding is ridiculous! he only goes half a day but fee still applies)! They state the fee is for nappies wipes ect - my son is toilet trained! Such a shame really!

Lots of other nurseries I’ve spoken to do not charge a surcharge and have stated it’s ‘wrong’ to charge these fees when there is funding in place and parents are already paying an hourly/daily rate.

Despite the communication problems and a few jiggly bits it is overall a Good nursery that clearly cares about kids - But unfortunately more about the money by the looks of things!
