Victoria Private Day Nursery

I highly recommend this nursery in fact in my belief it is the premier nursery in Penarth and the wider Cardiff areas. Our son has been under their excellent care for over two years and I wouldn't want him to be cared for anywhere else. The staff at Victoria Day nursery are so thoughtful, kind and caring and the nursery itself is such a well considered and well developed property which provides the perfect environment for the amazing service they provide. All of the food is carefully prepared on site by a dedicated and professional chef/cook using fresh ingredients to a very high standard. Our little boy loves it there and always comes home with stories about how his day has been, what he has done and how much he loves it. Amanda (the owner) is a teacher and fully supports all of the children's educational development.
If you are looking for the highest standards available in children's day care then look no further than Victoria Private Day Nursery. I give it my strongest recommendation, well deserving of the five star reviews it has received and will continue to receive.

My son has been at Victoria nursery for more than 2 years and I would highly recommend it to any mums and dads in the Penarth area. The staff are wonderful and genuinely care about the children. The environment is excellent and the children are clearly all happy, engaged and supported. Amanda (the owner) is a teacher, so fully supports their educational development. Just brilliant! My daughter and son both love going to nursery (and sometimes don't want to come home). The food is great - fresh, healthy and yummy. Amanda is just lovely, always available and involved with kids. The staff are incredibly attentive and knowledgable. My little ones are playing and learning so much while they are in nursery. As a result, they are developing so well. I've recommended Victoria Private Day Nursery to everyone I know.

Highly recommend Victoria Private Day Nursery - we moved our daughter from a bigger nursery and she settled immediately. She happily attends and seems to be thriving. She even comes home speaking some Welsh and Italian and their pre school learning is second to none. The menu is excellent, they provide fresh healthy meals full of veggies and fruit and my fussy eater seems to eat everything. The staff are brilliant, always welcoming, friendly and attentive. Lots of learning through play and outside play. So pleased I chose Victoria which was recommended through friends.

Our daughter has been going to Victoria Private Day Nursery for just over two years and not once have we questioned our decision to allow Amanda and the team to take care of our little girl. She loves going there so much that sometimes she doesn't want to leave and recently when we asked her who she would like to invite to her birthday party she asked for the staff to come as well as her friends as she loves them so much. The children are provided with a variety of activities to keep them stimulated and a good choice of food which our little girl loves. She is a vary social and happy girl and is ahead in her development due, in part, to the time she spends at Victoria Private Day Nursery.

I can't express how happy my husband and I are that we chose Victoria Private Day Nursery for our son. He loves it so much that he often asks to go to nursery on weekends!

Every time we pick him up, his happiness and the thorough, positive feedback and warmth of the staff is reassurance that this is the best place for our son to be.

The staff are relaxed, approachable and genuinely care for our son - it's clear that they know him well and he feels safe and happy to be with them.

I love that the food is fresh and healthy and that there is always a range of activities, physical, creative and social, that are helping him develop into a healthy, well-adjusted little person outside of our home.

It's a big step to trust your child into someone else's care, but each step of the way, Amanda and her team have made it as easy as possible and we are so grateful to them!

I'm so happy with this nursery but more importantly my son is too. The staff are friendly, professional, reassuring and just so lovely to deal with.

Before attending this nursery my son went to another nursery and everday he would cling on to me and cry that he didn't want me to leave him. Since attending Victoria Private Day Nursery he hasn't, his confidence has come on leaps and bounds and he continues to become more confident. He runs out of nursery with a big smile on his face everyday and tells me about his day and I think that this is down to the nurseries lovely culture and approach.

The meals and snacks they prepare are fresh, healthy and packed with goodness and my really enjoys it which is an added bonus.

I would happily recommend this nursery to any of my family, friends or colleagues.

I cannot recommend this Nursery enough! My daughter went to 2 other nurseries prior to starting here and they don’t even compare! The staff are amazing, helpful and you can tell they genuinely care about the children, my daughter loves them all! She is always happy to go and runs in chatting away to Qamar or Olivia, she loves the food which is healthy and really importantly she learns so much there as they have set time for reading and writing :) the staff are really helpful and Amanda is always quick to respond to any questions I have. Just all around amazing , I wish my Little one could stay there instead of school :)
