Chasing payments that have already been made.

Poor communication: Closing for the day (non covid related) and not telling people that still closed a few days later. Ringing within 10 minutes of session starting to say that they are open.

Not professional.

Absolutely clueless about looking after children with special needs.

I sent my son with autism here while I attended university, biggest regret of my life.

Horrible nasty people, clueless on how to look after special needs children and can’t fill in paperwork for toffee - every form was filled in wrong which delayed student finance.
