Acorns Nurseries at USW Treforest

Staff and Manager are all amazing at their job. Well kept nursery and kids are well looked after. We moved here from Scotland and my son was really upset being away from extended family support system. Sain, the nursery manager worked with us to make sure we are well looked after and offered a lot of flexibility to fit stuff around our schedule. My son settled in pretty fast.

We are so happy with Acorns USW. The staff are brilliant with the children and they’re such a friendly and welcoming team. Our little boy is always excited to arrive in the mornings and does so many varied activities throughout the day. The nursery is in a really lovely setting and the children benefit from the fantastic Forest School too.

My daughter has attended acorns nurseries since she was 9month old and is now 4. The last 2 years of her nursery journey were spent at the treforest nursery. She absolutely loved it and I cant fault the care she was given there. The setting is amazing and all the staff are so friendly, welcoming and great with the children. I'm hoping that my second daughter gets to experience this nursery soon too.

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough! The facilities are excellent with ample indoor and outdoor space, they even have a forest school which my son loves! But what really makes this nursery special is the staff. They really do go above and beyond to make sure that all of the children have a great time there and to make sure that all of their needs are catered for. There is always a warm and friendly welcome at the door, even at their busiest pick-up/drop-off times and they always make a big fuss of the children - my son goes in without so much as glance back at me so I am 100% confident that he is happy there and having the best time.

My little boy has been at Acorns since he was 10 months old and from the first moment I stepped in the nursery I could tell how much they cared for and supported the chidden there. They are continually coming up with new and exciting activities for the children, with monthly themes and events I am over run with artwork he has created there which I love! I can't recommend the the nursery and team enough.

My daughter has been coming to acorns nursery usw since November 2018. From the very minute she walked into the nursery she has loved it, she's gained so many friends and adores each and every staff member who have always gone above and beyond to give her the most incredible care I've ever seen. I visited a few nurseries before Acorns USW but Acorns standards were higher than them all. I couldn't wish for a better nursery where my daughter is able to grow and thrive each and every day!

My daughter has been attending USW since she was 13 months old. The manager Sian and all the staff are amazing. My daughter always looks foward to going there and she especially loves the forest school. The staff always give feedback at the end of day and we get some great photographs of her doing activities. Our Daughter has progessed so much in her learning and development whilst at USW.

We think the nursery is great on so many levels, building various social skills, teaching sign language, variety of ingredients/meals etc. Our child thoroughly enjoys the days spent at the nursery and staff have a proactive, professional attitude. Would definitely recommend them.
